politics everywhere. that's just life. when there's a group, team or committee, there's bound to be some politics. it's just the way it is when there are 2 or more people. it's normal.

i beg to differ. it's not normal when there's too much of it. when there's too much of it, it becomes destructive. i hate it and i'm not gonna sit around and do nothing.

I hope i won't screw up. it's a crucial move and i have to do it carefully. i really hope that everything will turn out alright.
